The Grand Bazaar

Nearly anything can be found for sale in the Grand Bazaar in The Coins district of Absalom. The area has few permanent buildings, and most goods are sold from tents, carts, portable stages, and merchant wagons. Many merchants use dancers or illusionists to draw a sufficient crowd to make a sale. Within the bazaar, hedonistic services are available at the Red Silk Route (well protected by the Token Guards), and the Saucy Wench mead hall is one of the few permanent buildings in the area. After dark, the Grand Bazaar becomes quite dangerous as criminals from the Docks and the Puddles come here in search of heavy purses.

Greetings. I, Marinus Rousalline, am looking for an enchanted scimitar. I have grown accustomed to mine but I am now searching for one that is enchanted with the elements (ideally +1, 1d6 of some element type, and 1d6 massive criticals).

I am quite thrilled at the prospect of creating wands, scrolls and potions of spells for a nominal fee. I can easily be found in my meticulous blue robes within the Grand Lodge Grand Hall.

I currently can offer some of the most common Abjurations such as Mage Armor, Shield, Protection from Evil, Persistent Blade, and a few others.

I will be crafting 1st level circle wands at a price of 1,000sp each. With a special discount offered to anyone who brings me a scroll I have not yet had the pleasure of scribing into my spellbook.
